Salsa, Sabor y Salud is a perfect response to the urgent need for education initiatives that effectively connect with and engage Latino families in daily choices that lead to a lifetime of “energy balance” and wellness.

    Independent evaluation of Salsa, Sabor y Salud conducted by the Center for Prevention Research & Development Institute of Government & Public Affairs, University of Illinois reports “high levels of satisfaction with the program and its staff” and confirms that Salsa, Sabor y Salud training participants “have benefited from the program as have their children and families.”

  • One Salsa, Sabor y Salud kit
  • Continental Breakfast and refreshments each day
  • Lunch provided each day
  • Technical assistance for a period of one year from date of completed training
  • Access to interactive Salsa, Sabor y Salud extranet for each trained facilitator for a period of one year from date of completed training/ certification.
